It wasn't on case next because it was in active jury trial. They pull the cases weeks in advance when the jury trial is approaching. He has been found guilty of vol. manslaughter and armed criminal action after a four day that just concluded. Sentencing has not yet been scheduled.

On Thursday Jan 18 the jury delivered a guilty verdict on Airic Brauer for voluntary manslaughter and and armed commission of a crime.
No date for sentencing, they are doing a pre-sentence evaluation
