This would rule out the “screams heard on Halloween” story being connected to this case. And the Doe Network’s estimated date of death as Oct. 31, 1990. It would indicate the boy saw her there at the beginning of October, not end of it. A pity his parents didn’t take him more seriously. Moot point I know, but something seems odd about this part of the story.
I am beyond thrilled that her case has been fully funded and Othram can begin to work their magic!
