And that's it for today. Probably a short day tomorrow per the judge. I don't think there are many witnesses left...maybe none after cell phone expert?? My speculation=short day to allow lawyers to prepare closing statements....statements begin Wed. A.M?? Again, my guessing.

Another thought....we sure haven't learned much about Molly as in the Minnesota "spark of life" witnesses.....maybe that will happen before sentencing (if sentencing happens that is).

Oh my word that second jail witness, they could have done without him. For 21 bad memory , only can speculate why.....

Yeah....he was.......wowza....I wouldn't have put him on.

I don't know. Good question. That would change my speculated time line for sure, but when the judge said that they would probably finish early tomorrow I guessed that there were not very many more witnesses??
