The Polk County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 409 S. Gulf, Humansville, Mo at 5:00 AM on 07/01/2018.
The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:
Morris Allen Stewart, a white, male, age 62, hgt 5'07, 218 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, unknown clothing description
Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Hypertension, Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Personality Disorder, Unspecified Psychosis, Depression, and has previously has suicidal ideations
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident:
Subject departed his residence on foot without necessary medication, and has not been contacted since.
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contactthe nearest law enforcement agency or call the Polk County Sheriff’s Department at (417) 777-3911.
