Thank you @STLBlues. Sad update. Found next to crashed car. From the article you posted is this -

[…] Investigators believe the crash did not happen recently, officials said. […]
I saw an article earlier this morning stating a body had been found in a wooded area in Fenton next to a crashed vehicle. I wondered if it was Nicole and have been refreshing Fox 2's website throughout the day for updates.

Sad news indeed. Just so you know, a suspicious death investigation doesn't necessarily mean police believe foul play or criminal activity was involved. A suspicious death investigation may be warranted if the deceased was reported missing before being found dead, especially in circumstances where they wouldn't have reasonably disappeared on their own.

“3 o clock she texted me and said, ‘Think about what you want for dinner’ and then at 6 o clock she said running late, traffic’s horrible. That was the last message we got from her,” said Jung.

Jason Jung says he waited two hours for her to come, reached out to everyone she knew, and still couldn’t get in contact; that’s when he filed a missing persons report.

She was literally one mile from my office,” said Jung.

She was literally one mile from my office,” said Jung.
I'd be curious to know where his office is located. My thought process here is, was the location she was found a logical path to take from their apartment to his office.

ETA - From the article...

The person in the vehicle, Nicole Jung, was pronounced dead at the scene. She was 45. Prior reports stated she was from Fenton. Police said she resided in Tower Grove South.

Now I'm a bit confused. Everything we've read previously said they resided in Fenton which is in St. Louis County. Tower Grove South is in St. Louis City.

Jung’s injuries are consistent with a car crash, police said. However, an official cause of death has not been announced, pending the results of toxicology tests.
