From the motion for dismissal submitted by Tito's lawyer: "...as of March 10,2022, discovery constituting forensic DNA lab results have been disclosed in this case that directly establishes that Mr. Mahamed is indisputably the biological parent of the "Jane Doe" referenced in the indictment." This would mean that, yes, all three children are his, since he was not charged with kidnapping for the other two.

A Missouri man is facing new charges related to the 2019 death of a mother and the kidnapping of her 4-year-old child, officials say.

Mahamud Tooxoow Mahamed, 39, was initially charged with kidnapping of a minor, but a superseding indictment filed May 15 adds on a charge of kidnapping resulting in death and stalking resulting in death.

Missouri man pleaded guilty, in federal court on Friday, to kidnapping resulting in death in relation to the 2019 death of a Noel, Missouri, woman. Mahamud Tooxoow Mahamed, 43, signed a plea agreement Friday pleading guilty to the 2019 death of 25-year-old Jessica McCormack, according to a press release from Executive Assistant United States Attorney Dave Ketchmark.
