St. Louis PD search for missing Bi-Polar man
An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for a missing person by the St. Louis County Police Department.
Osman Francis Ingraham Jr., 60, has been reported missing after leaving his home at 1151 Northdale Ave around 7 a.m. on July 27. Ingraham suffers from Bi-Polar disorder. Police said Ingraham does not have access to his medication and should be considered dangerous.
