Per the article, the man is her biological father, but the woman is no relation to the child.

It sounds like with his criminal history, he should not have been allowed to be near any child. The system needs to change drastically to protect children!!

her father clearly found her inconvenient to his methed up lifestyle, the girlfriend seemed to have no care or bond with Novaleigh and felt similarly, so why refuse to return her to her mother after visitation and hide her away dragging her around like extra baggage if they felt that way?

Sick sick sick. So sorry baby girl, that this is what life had to offer you. May death offer the peace life couldn't.
