A sick, elderly man last seen at KCI is missing. Police ask public for help

Kansas City police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing elderly man last seen leaving KCI airport.

Peter Carstens, a 74-year old white man, was last seen leaving KCI airport in a cab on April 27 at 9 p.m.

Carstens is bald with blue eyes, weighs around 120 to 125 pounds and is approximately 5 feet 9 inches. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket.

Police ask anyone with information on Carstens to contact the missing persons unit at 816-234-5136

This sure isn't much to go on. Had he taken a flight? Can't they check the cab co to find out where he went?

Still not much info, but this says he's been located and is okay.

UPDATE: Police say Carstens has been located and is OK.
