*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 1:30pm CT) - MO - Stephanie Plumb (32) & her son, Dylan Moore (13) shot to death by her BF, Dec. 31, 2020 & 7 & 14 year old daughters were stabbed but survived the attack, Springfield. *Brandon Corbin King (31/now 33) arrested (1/4/21, served with arrest warrant), charged (1/5/21) & arraigned (3/5/21) with 2 counts of 1st degree murder (Stephanie & Dylan), 2 counts of 1st degree assault or attempt (serious physical injury or special victim) 7 & 14-year old daughters, 6 counts of felony armed criminal action & 2 counts of abuse or neglect of a child (serious emotional or physical injury/no sexual contact) for 7 & 14 year old daughters. Held without bond. DA will seek DP (2/25/23).
