Circumstances of Disappearance:
Mandrell disappeared from Clayton, Missouri on October 1, 2013. He was last seen around 7:30 a.m. at his residence in the 1700 block of New Jamestown Road and has never been seen or heard from since.
At the time of his disappearance, Mandrell was suffering from Alzheimer's disease and glaucoma. He had wandered away from home before and was previously located in Alton, Illinois, about a half an hour north of Clayton. Few details are available regarding his disappearance and his whereabouts remain unknown.
