Found Safe MO - Raylanna Shepherd, 4, wearing pajamas, Independence, 9 Feb 2022

Missing Juvenile:

Raylanna J. Shepherd is mixed race female born in 2017 (4.5 years old). Last seen in the 900 Block of South Logan.

She was wearing polka dot pajamas with black and white Nike shoes. Her hair is parted in the middle with a bun on each side.

Last seen in a White Buick LeSabre bearing Texas temp tag 35847R1.

If you see Raylanna or the vehicle in question please call 911 or IPD directly.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an endangered person advisory for a missing 4-year-old.

Raylanna Shepherd was last seen on Tuesday at a QuikTrip located at 201 east 23rd Street in Independence.

The MSHP have identified a man named Juan Lopez as possible suspect.

According to the MSHP, Shepherd's mother allowed her to go the Quiktrip with Lopez.

Lopez later called Shepherd's mother and said he had a flat tire. Shepard never returned home after that.

Shepherd was last seen wearing polka dot pajamas with black and white Nike shoes.

Her hair was parted in the middle with a bun on each side of her head.

Lopez was driving a White Buick LeSabre with the temporary Texas license plate 38547R1.
