Details of Disappearance
Withers was last seen after walking away from a relative's residence on Duke Drive in St. Louis, Missouri on November 7, 2018. She was sighted at a bank downtown, near Tucker and Olive, later that day. She has never been heard from again.

Withers's family stated she has no history of drug abuse, no enemies and no history of leaving without warning. Few details are available in her case.

Police said the 39-year-old was last seen on November 7 walking away from a family home on Duke Drive in North County.

From there, she ended up at a bank in downtown St. Louis near Tucker and Olive.

The Withers family said she didn't use drugs and didn’t have any known enemies.

They did say she suffered from bi-polar and schizophrenia, but it was managed and she’s never disappeared.
