*Evidentiary Motions Hearing (via WebEx) (@ 9am CT) - MO – Samara Fontaine Kitts (23), Harley Michael Million (24) & Willa Fontaine Million (17 mos.) (last seen Jan. 25, 2018, reported missing Jan. 28, 2018, found Jan. 29, 2018, Mill Spring) - *Drew D. Atchison (24/now 27) arrested & charged (1/29/18) & arraigned (2/15/18) with 3 counts of 1st degree murder, 3 counts of armed criminal action, 2 counts of child kidnapping & tampering with motor vehicle. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Confessed to stabbing couple & fatally shooting the baby.
Trial was set to begin on 4/5/21 has been continued to 9/26/22 (thru 10/22/22). Jury will be sequestered including voir dire. Change of venue from Wayne County to Cole County.
