Sheriff John Merchant says Shannon Tadlock, 31, was last heard from in the middle of June.
Her family says she was last seen in St. Joseph, Mo. and they are concerned about well-being.

I don't understand how someone's last seen date could be so vague...did she work somewhere? When was the last time she showed up? If she didn't work, she had to have lived somewhere. When did the landlord or neighbors last see her? etc.
