Undersigned Deputy sent to field below ?t. 3 South exit ramp. Upon
arrival I found a white female, nude ? on her ? with head pointing Northwest and feet pointing Southwest. ? was found by Frank Wicks, 271-149? Southern Railroad Police Officer. Subject had cut on left face, cut and abrasions to face and ?, abrasions to left hand, left side of head singed, public (sic) hair singed, cuts and fingernail gouges on neck and throat, left nipple cut, right nipple and breast appear to be bitten, right leg above ankle broken, several cuts and abrasions to entire body. Subject believed to been thrown about ? feet from exit ramp.

Physical Description: White Female 12? lbs
28-32 years of age red hair
5' 10" 1" scar on left ? ?

Subject was escapee from mental hospital in Malden, Massachussetts

I think the nail gouges may have been from her trying to get the killer's hands from around her neck.

Doesn't sound like a pimp to me anymore. I think it was a sick perv that picked her up. I sure wonder who the 5 suspects were and why.

I wonder if they can match the bite marks (pic's of?)to any other possible victims bite marks.(And hopefully a convicted perp) Yeah, would love to know if they still have her nail scrapings/clippings etc...for DNA of the perp. Trace evidence of any kind that has been properly stored might yield some answers now.
Vaginal/oral swabs? rape kit?

Undersigned deputy sent to field below Rt. 3 South exit ramp. Upon arrival I found a white female,nude,laying on her back with head pointing northwest and feet pointing Southeast. Subject was found by Frank W****,**-****, Southern Railroad Police Officer. Subject had cut on face, cuts and abrasions to face and neck, abrasions to left hand, left side of hand singed, pubic hair singed, cuts and fingernail gouges on neck and throst, left nipple cut, right nipple and breast appear to be bitten, right leg above ankle broken, several cuts and abrasions to entire body. Subject believed to been thrown about 50 feet from exit ramp.





Physical Description: white female 125 pounds
28 to 32 years of age red hair
5'10" 1" scar left upper lip

I am having some serious questions here to myself as to how much info from that autopsy report should really be revealed here, in public. I would never want to compromise an investigation, if it is still active, by putting info online that LE knows only the perp would know...kwim?

Maybe I am just over cautious?

submucosal = "under a mucous membrane".
hemorrhage = large amount of blood

In other words, IMO, massive blood loss (or pooling?) from the neck/vocal cord area.
If there was no external wound to the neck it may be that the blood loss was internal, possibly from being choked? Idk.
Medical peeps, please weigh in! Be sure I am right, please.
