Explain why cops leaned on Garrison for three separate digs. Then bonded him out of prison to go to a hotel. Then explain why the cops told Garrison’s roommate that Garrison was a 3mw suspect before it was public knowledge. Right outside the door of the said apartment...

And explain why Organized Crime orgs were called in. They aren’t called in on a hunch. Or for fun.

Suzie knew two people who were very comfortable robbing teeth out of skulls to sell for cash. You act like this is the same as getting high on weed in a cemetery. Very different. Which is why it’s not something that happened before or after Joe and Mike did it.

Fact: Suzie would be called to testify against the three in court. Her statement, from what Mike showed you, is not the same as what might get said in court....

Fact: Joe testified against Mike for vandalism. Dusty just took a deal. What do you think Suzie was going to say. The prosecutor would have prepared her and spoken with her. Because she is missing/dead her testimony to prosecutors could have been used if they thought that is what led to her disappearance. I don't know if her statements were recorded or used in the Grand Jury later.
Mike didn't show me her statement. The prosecution would have used her to support the grave robbing. Prosecutors don't go off track especially on their own witness.

Persons of Interest
Look at Garrison's profile. It mentions a gag order.

I thought Suzie being sick was her hinting that she wanted to leave. Or that several people mentioned it, they were either telling the truth or repeating a script. I don't think her mom would have judged her for being pregnant and that is if she was. Being pregnant and having the baby are two different things. Has anyone close to her eve suspected pregnancy. Was there a test in the trash?
i don't think her mum would have judged her either.
but just because your mum would be cool with it doesn't mean it wasn't a huge deal and if she was pregnant to someone on the quiet likely a very big problem.
wouldn't be the first time and it wont be the last.

anyway you asked what bugs us the most about the case.
that's my thoughts on it.

Do you agree that Garrison sold drugs? Do you agree that Dusty and Mike and Joe knew Garrison?

Do you agree Garrison and Mike's ex's dad may have been part of a drug dealing gang?

So if you agree there...then why wasn't that fair game in court? And even if you're hellbent on it not being, how did you know Joe (since Mike has spoken for himself and Dusty) wouldn't have taken too kindly to that? Or Garrison or others Garrison knew?

so cherrymeg can you clarify what you mean "mike didn't show me her statement?"
are you in personal communications with mike and his wife?

The statements about her feeling sick seem odd. I took it another way. I doubt she was. There aren't bodies to prove it and that goes for the other two women. I wonder why Suzie stayed out at all.

I've communicated with his wife. I've never seen a statement made by Suzie as Ozarks suggested. I was going by basic criminal justice reasoning.

Which court are you talking about. I believe a grand jury allows more questions.

Pregnancy rumors are more unfounded than drug and stripper rumors.

Stick to facts please

Well said!

Respectfully, you are making accusations with no more proof than people suggesting she was pregnant. You also have made comments about the Grand Jury and the grave robbing trial and tried blurring them together. Sorry if facts offend you.

moo means my opinion only which is attached to every post with speculative statements from me.
which the last time I checked ws rules was fine.

nobody has to agree with my speculation but with no bodys you know no more than I do if that is possible or not.
so great go with facts that's great but suzie being pregnant or not pregnant is NOT A FACT. it is a speculative possibilty that can not be proven /disproven.

Are you suggesting someone is dangerous like a goose? I honestly think Joe is shady. I don't know if he was a rapist or what he was to Garrison. Has anyone talked to him?

Sorry I forget to add that sometimes. I feel like Suzie has gotten a raw deal publicly sometimes. You aren't wrong to question things.

I am not judging suzie if it comes across as so.
I relate to her very much and her perspective is my strongest interest in it all.

I didn't mean you personally. Once someone says "pregnancy" you get the whisper down the lane effect. It's been 27 years so everything should be thrown out there and see what sticks.

people interpret what ever they want out of what gets said.

for me, being pregnant is far more innocent, common and natural than some of the whispers about her I see here.
it is a travesty that people think its the end of the world having a baby.
half the world was created 'accidently';)
its perhaps the saddest cruellest selfish reason for murder out there imo

You are right on all fronts. lol. Sadly pregnant women get killed more often than not pregnant women. Usually people don't make 3 women disappear like they were beamed up in a spaceship to cover a pregnancy. moo
I do think her mentioning being sick means something. Do you remember if she went out last minute or not?

And explain why, with what you just described, there still isn't a crime scene, dump site or remains recovered. Garrison got as much as he could out of his shenanigans and LE got squadoo. How does that make him still a viable suspect?

Has anyone seen a case like this with cars in the driveway, purses in the house and no signs of struggle? Even with a single victim.
