This is a wild story. Neighborhood residents suspected that a man was killed and buried in a local lot. They called police, who brought out cadaver dogs. The dogs didn't alert, so police dismissed the neighbors concerns and left. The community members, with the help of their alderman, started digging and found a human rib cage. I'm grateful that the residents didn't give up and Mr. Albrecht got his name back.
