Perhaps she contacted LE and told them she left on her own and is fine. I can't think of any other reason why she'd be missing one day and then not endangered the next?

If she contacted police she would no longer be a missing person, correct?

I’ve seen plenty of questionable statements from authoroties in regard to missing persons. Even when it’s s child I’ve seen them say there is no reason to believe they are in danger. It makes no sense to me.

Maybe they are trying to throw a suspect off their guard?

So, she has been removed from the Missouri State Highway patrol endangered missing list, but still is a ”regular“ missing person in Lincoln County?

Yes, strange. I was referring to the statement where they said she is not in danger, just that she went missing.
