Oh my goodness this is amazing!! I did read in several places he had been found but none were official enough to have me happy! Granted anyone can make a fb page i guess but I’m just relieved that it doesn’t feel like a cover up like what I was questioning before.

IMO, my best guess would be that Stephen wanted to try living on the mainland by visiting family. Perhaps that situation did not go as expected by either side, and feelings were hurt. Neither side wanted to talk about it. Over time, perhaps Stephen's family started to get worried, as this silence extended to long. Perhaps Stephen was just working very hard to establish his life on the mainland, before he contacted relatives.

I really do hope that Stephen is doing well.
