On the N4 awake they are showing video of civilian cars being allowed to drive up the road next to ABB Power. They are saying a source told them the suspect killled himself. Also appears that the cops are in a more relaxed state.

Scanners are not reflecting and situation that has ended. In fact just the opposite.

Teh-MSHP is chattering that the facility is not yet secured also- SWAT has not cleared the entire facility as of yet.

They just moved alot of officers to a different location in the complex.....in a hurry.

Police have set up a two-mile perimeter around the area and are searching room by room at the power plant. Interstate 70 between Jennings Station and Union have been closed in both directions near the shooting scene.

Traffic is released both sides of I-70 now.

That must have been one heck of a traffic mess this am with I-70 shut down. STL traffic is terrible with all the roads open let alone a main arterty being shut down.
