Found Deceased MO - Toni Anderson, 20, North Kansas City, 15 Jan 2017 #1

I believe by her boyfriend, when he came home from work on Sunday at 5 p.m. She wasn't there when he left for work in the morning, which he said wasn't unusual.

This is something else I am confused about. One report said her friends reported her missing when she did not show up to meet them but then the BF said he didn't realize she was missing until he got home from work Sunday evening.

there were two attempts to use Toni's ATM card at that gas station. Police aren't sure if that means Toni tried to use her card outside or not.

Detectives received information from Toni's insurance company, which shows the GPS system on her car tracked Toni's car to the North Kansas City gas station.

Toni's dad said right now the device is no longer working, and police aren't sure if it malfunctioned or if someone removed it.

Something is very fishy here! I don't want to believe that the boyfriend had something to do with this. But it points to him I have this strange feeling. But on the other hand I feel that this she was taken by a fake cop and put into the sex trafficking because of her background working in a sex bar.

It seems they didn't have the information as of this morning, according to this article.

Wednesday morning update: Toni Anderson's family tells us they're trying to get the insurance company to release the tracking data to police.


Brian Anderson says they submitted the request on Monday, so it's frustrating that it hasn't happened yet.

I read it as meaning the GPS did track her car to the North Kansas City gas station and since then the GPS malfunctioned or was removed.

Maybe she was making a deposit.

From my understanding after working in banking, to make an ATM deposit you have to be at an ATM for your bank. Things may have changed since I got out of banking, but when I was in banking that was how the ATM's were set up.

Good point. No matter what type of transaction she attempted at the ATM, all ATM's have to be equipped with a camera and there should be footage. The footage would at least reveal if she was alone or if someone else was with her at that time.

I live in (well by) Wichita and our QT's have Instrust ATMs.

ETA: It looks like the QTs in Missouri are UMB.

Yes the ATMs are UMB Banks, also the ATMs are located inside QT. I have lived in KC all my life (42 years).

So there should be video from the ATM AND the convenience store. Confused as to why there hasn't been any mention of this being reviewed, unless I've either somehow completely missed it or LE is keeping it under wraps for now.
