I can't even imagine choosing an airbnb like this - nothing about it sounds good, safe or comfortable. It makes it twice as concerning for Toni as I don't know how she wouldn't get a weirdo or three coming through there. I think there are more likely scenarios to her disappearance than it involving a couch crasher though, but it does give insight to her lifestyle.

Was this BF actually her boyfriend? I don't see anything to support or indicate they had much of an actual relationship.

Right now I go between met with someone known to her and was killed or trafficked, or she disappeared herself.

Gotta insert my opinion. I think it's safe to say Toni just wants to make money. Between her job, the airbnb thing, the websites, and her SM presence I don't think it's a stretch to assume she might do more than dance on a pole for some cash. I'm not judging but rather not wearing rose colored glasses. It also looks like she, or at least her friends, are into the drug scene. It also looks like, imo, she was pretty careless as far as her safety and privacy was concerned.

It's reported she was heading to shady lady to meet up with friends, which closes at 3a.m. Was there an after party that day? Was that a meeting place before going somewhere else? Could she have bypassed the meet up and gone straight to the destination?

I get frustrated when lifestyle details are purposely left out. It doesn't make them less worthy of news or being found. But it sure does multiply the possibilities of troubles she could have met with. Jmo.

Is the area she disappeared from shady? Is it busy at that hour in the morning or desolate?

I've been google streetview in the surrounding areas and so far I've not found anything that I'd deem as shady. The yards look nice and groomed, nice cars, and the businesses don't have bars on their windows or anything. Even the apartments seem well kept

Still looking, but I'm skeptical now as to her running into a bad element in this neighborhood. Not impossible, but certainly not anything I'd even come close to describe as *shady*.

The 9:19am text was a copy of her girlfriend's cellphone who happened to be in Vegas that day.

Thank you for the clarification on the person she sent the text to. I thought it was strange that she waited so long to reply but if she was not meeting her and out of town, she may have missed it for those few hours. So none of the friends she was actually going to meet received that same text about getting pulled over?

How long is the "norm" before police suspect foul play? Are they waiting for pings? Looking at perhaps a POI? For Toni to just walk back into work like nothing happened? Perhaps I am naive and people flip and just walk away from their life... no belongings, no phone, no contact with family. It just seems bizarre.

Local here. I assume you are referring to the Quick Trip on 9/Burlington? If so, you are correct. You cannot get any quieter and sleepier than that area. I'd parade the Hope Diamond around in a wagon with no clothes on at night in that area.

Well, I'm mostly interested with the immediate area around the QT where she was last seen.

I'm just wondering if it's in a bad neighborhood. Is it 2 blocks from a bad neighborhood. Are their pockets of bad areas to a given direction?

Also, was she familiar with that area?

She'd been there 2 years, but that doesn't mean she was up in that area often. If she did take a wrong turn, might she end up lost long enough to find bad luck?

Also, was there a reason she maybe intended to be in one of these bad areas?


We know the GPS went off at that QT, so if she did purposefully turn it off there... it's likely she was heading in the opposite direction she came from. So that is why I was thinking North.

Still keep looking at that casino to the west...

There have been several posts clarifying that this is a nice area surrounded by upscale apartment buildings and expensive neighborhoods.

Too many things with this case do not make any sense.

I don't understand how her phone could be connected to the network till 9:30pm but the last text she got was before 5am. Wouldn't her friends and family be texting her throughout the day looking for her? How does a phone remain connected to a network but not receive messages or calls?

Anyone else find it weird that her phone was on until 9:30 that night but the last text was at 4:53 that morning. Why weren't her friends and family blowing up her phone?
