Dos anyone know when her birthday is?
Dos anyone know when her birthday is?
Third image. This is my depiction of the traffic stop from overhead, to match the above 2nd image. The colors are the same as in the above image.
- Blue shows police car.
- Yellow shows Toni's car.
- Green dot shows pedestal.
- Red rays are from camera. Note again that the right ray touches the corner of the pedestal and the front of Toni's car.
I drew the cars in the middle of the road because I just can't figure out where on the road they actually are, frankly.
By the way, in the video, the police officer turns off his flashing lights before they leave.
Toni signals a right turn and starts to turn right. This would be a mistake, because you can't turn into the QuickTrip off of Burlington going north, as there's a median. It looks like she realizes her mistake and turns off her signal, but the video ends right there. I do believe she ended up going straight across Burlington on 26 Ave, but that's a bit of a guess. She may have driven north a block and then had to come back.

The police may have longer (or additional cameras worth of) surveillance by now, too. I wish they'd confirm which direction she went and so on.
Burlington has three lanes on either side with the a turn lane down the middle. Why do folks think the flashing lights were left on the whole time he was there? I'm not seeing it. A snowplow goes by with lights on, but that about it.
What I'm seeing is the officer shuts off his lights when the traffic stop ends, and they both leave.

edit to add: I agree the lane change ticket seems strange. How do you make an illegal lane change when there's one lane and no lines? If she was driving on the wrong side of the road, that's a different ticket.
The cameras are not facing 26th Street the cameras are facing Burlington with QuikTrip across the street. The police may have longer (or additional cameras worth of) surveillance by now, too. I wish they'd confirm which direction she went and so on.

Can we all agree that at least from the footage we have, we cannot even tell if someone is in the car with Toni when leaving the QT?
Wrong turn accidents in the wee hours of the morning are not rare. Disorientation due to weather, tiredness, being under the influence of something, etc.
Hayley Howard and Terrilynn Monette are two examples. No sign of accident. Both made no sense. Terrilynn wasn't found for four months, I believe.
Were the roads icy at the time?
True, I believe(opinion only) she passed back in front of QT between the store and the pumps. Then made a left(west) on 26th through the light then turned left(south) back onto Burlington. There is a median on the northern part of Burlington by the Quicktrip. She would not have been able to take a left out of the south part of Quiktrip.

There is no doubt in my mind the police have more video footage they aren't sharing.
I do want to remind people of the Mickey Shunick case. We were all discussing how there was no police activity, no please statements, everything just seemed to have went cold. We were discussing how the police weren't doing their job. And then one day out of the blue a press conference not only did they have a person of interest but they had arrested him and been following him the whole time.

The video shows her driving away from 26th. She was heading to the southern part of QT. I would think the cameras would have seen her turn around.True, I believe(opinion only) she passed back in front of QT between the store and the pumps. This happens quite often. They don't want to scare the suspect to mexico. They have to make a case and sometimes it takes a while. There is no doubt in my mind the police have more video footage they aren't sharing.

I can't find the video. Can someone help me out and post the link again.
