Found Deceased MO - Toni Anderson, 20, North Kansas City, 15 Jan 2017 #3

In fact, where she gassed up could be considered "northland near Parkville." Yeah, it's in North Kansas city, but it's also in northland and it's only 5 miles to Parkville. According to the case map, there are maybe 5 towers around Parkville. It would be useful to know which one. The southern tower could mean the phone never moved from North Kansas City.

I find it odd that she was even spotted at that QT. It is waaaaay north of chrome, her home, and the shady lady or whatever the place she was supposed to meet up with friends.

I find the word choice interesting. They don't have "Missing Persons dectectives" searching that area. But other detectives could have been....

I find the word choice interesting. They don't have "Missing Persons dectectives" searching that area. But other detectives could have been....

they werent "searching" out there, someone drove by "several" (who knows exactly how many) police cars stopped in that area, they told someone else about it, that person posted on facebook about it and said "maybe its related to toni!". it is a textbook case of facebook rumor exaggerated into something possibly important.

if they know the phone was on then they know where it was (approximately). and they appear to know it was on for about 24 hours after she was last seen (not certain it was on the entire time).

"disabling" the insurance device is as simple as reaching down and pulling it out of its socket, lots of people are aware that they exist, especially young drivers, and even more so people that are in the business of making cars disappear.

Pings are not necessarily the closest tower. It's an available tower. And although very useful does not give an exact location. It could be miles away unfortunately.
