Found Deceased MO - Toni Anderson, 20, North Kansas City, 15 Jan 2017 #4

Watched the CrimeWatch Daily, very disappointed. I found out Toni was suppose to meet a co-worker from Chrome but did not show up. that was the last text to her, from him. I couldn't remember if they said the co-worker was a he but I know they said the last text was from a man. He cooperated with L.E. The Police Officer that stopped her watched her pump gas and also stayed until she left and followed her to the first stop light but then turned the opposite direction that Toni turned. Parents said Toni was living a double life. They had no idea she was a server at Chrome or living with Pete Jr. Nothing was said about her work at the OutHouse. Possibly they don't know she worked there. It was said her phone died but they did not give the time. Very sketchy interview.

Forgot detective Caldwell said, two people they interviewed were hiding something.

It was emphasized Toni was a server at Chrome. PeteJr. was the one who called Police the morning she did not show up. They did not give the time he called.

Thank you for posting this. I wasn't sure if I had heard a couple of things correctly and didn't want to relay it incorrectly.
1st BBM: On the show, they made it sound like someone else could have pulled the GPS while Toni was in QT paying for fuel, yet LE sat and watched her the entire time. Makes no sense.

2nd BBM: I hope this was stated in order to scare the people to make a mistake.

Note: This is something we may find out with the icloud information. She may have been using an app to communicate with another individual (Tinder, Kik, Groupme, ect). This could also explain why she spent an extended period of time in her car at Quiktrip. I can't think of any other reason she would go to Parkville other than ATM reasons (which, I will admit, do not have solid evidence).

I also wondered whether the friend "DJ", named on social media, is for sure the same person police say she met "from Chrome." I haven't seen any legitimate sources confirm or deny this. Anyone have any information on this?

It is totally possible she was meeting more than one person for more than one reason or activity that night.

I appreciate the thought put into this post. How did you arrive at these percents for probability?

A couple thoughts:

I agree that the first two scenarios on your list are most probable, though I would give them more equal probability at this point.

There have certainly been other scenarios in which cars have wrecked in remote areas/water/ravines and not been detected for a long time. If they have so much information about her route, though, it does seem to lower the probability slightly...just because police and civilians in the area have no doubt been eyeing the roadsides in that area for anything unusual related to this case. When cases occur in my state, I keep my eyes open. If I lived in that region, I would definitely be doing so. That means it would have to be *very remote/hidden* (think body of water). For this reason, I give almost as much weight to the theory that she was taken against her will by someone involved (maybe only as a customer) in the escort/dancing industry.

A couple additional thoughts.

DJ - Could the police officer have meant someone she knew "from Chrome" rather than someone who worked there? Or does this suggest a second man, other than DJ, who allegedly had plans with Toni?

Pete Jr - I wondered about his internet activity (posting from her accounts) at first, but after hearing the police officer talk about him and seeing him on camera a couple times, I think there's a possibility he's just young and thought he was helping by alerting the people in Toni's networks. Still, there's always a possibility he discovered or became jealous of other men in her life.

There's also a possibility that he had a falling out with her and isn't quite sure himself whether she might've left him.

The cop - I agree that it looks like she texted while at QT, which means she was talking about the one original police stop. And it sounds like they have thoroughly checked the officer who pulled her over. That still leaves a miniscule possibility of an imposter police officer or a rogue officer elsewhere, but that seems so remotely possible, it's literally barely worth mentioning.

Foul play via mystery person is a higher probability in my book. "Mystery person" is vague so it could be a stalker, a love interest, a drug dealer, or a client (although the video emphasizes she was just a dancer / cocktailer not part taking in "sexual" things).

The key to unlocking this mystery is to determine why Toni went to that particular QT and then headed into Parkville. I think once we know WHY she was there then all the puzzle pieces will fall into place. To my knowledge her parents, her BF, her friends and her co-workers do not know why she was there. Or maybe the "not as transparent" players know why...

If in fact they lost tract of her at 6am. That hour sure leaves it open to meet with a male "friend" that she didn't want anyone to know about.
Who was it that said she didn't come home after work quite often? Points to an affair maybe?

4:53 last incoming text from person "cooperating". You can assume from someone she was texting back and forth with.
Maybe Shady Lady was a code word for an affair she was having. Phone would cooberate, as in, we'll meet at "Shady Lady" instead because police are following me. Shady Lady being code for the hotel we like. No one is more the wiser. Just hanging out with my friends at good ole Shady Lady...even when it's closed.
She says, give it some time because police are out and I don't want you being pulled over.
So she never meets up at the original place. He falls asleep for 5 minutes "giving it some time". Cameras never show her there, shows him there alone and drive off alone.
From there they meet and it goes south within the hour.
Where else could they have met that would have been in either of their scope of knowing.

Again not getting to her location and not getting to the person are two different things.
Easy for a person to not be fully transparent if the evidence isn't there to support a theory.
And in all reality, so what if the phone goes out at 6am and that person has an alibi in the around about timeframe, he could have come back and go to a desolate location. Just me rambling and thinking out loud.
