#SCCPDMissing: Today our department issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Tyler A. Carver, 22, of St. Charles County. Tyler was last seen riding a dark-colored mountain bike on Thursday, May 31, in the area of the Marquette Mobile Village in St. Charles County. According to family, Tyler suffers from schizophrenia and vision difficulties. He does not drive but uses his mountain bike for daily transportation.
