Endangered Person Advisory - Willie Victory, 39 YOA, 5'5", 150 lbs, last seen wearing a black hat with gold trim, a heather gray t-shirt, a black jacket, and black jogging pants, in the 3600 block of Rue de Renard, Florissant, MO at 4:30 p.m. on December 1, 2022.

Mr. Victory was reported missing by family members after his vehicle was located unoccupied with the keys in it on Highway 67 over the Missouri River.

An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for a missing North County man who was last seen Thursday

When cars are abandoned on bridges, the outcome is often suicide. However, in this case, the bridge is only 70' above the water, so a person has a fair likelihood of surviving the fall. The person might drown in the river, but overall the bridge doesn't seem an obvious choice for a suicide.

This article said he was making suicidal statements the last time he was seen. Although 70 feet might be a surviveable fall, it's also possible he didn't know how to swim. Hoping for some closure for his loved ones. St. Louis County police searching for missing Florissant man
