Everyone will find that this is what is happening. The KC serial killer rumors will turn out to be true. He was probably taking them home to Excelsior Springs to do his thing and then bringing them back to south KC and dumping their bodies.

I hope you're wrong but yes this could be what has happened. It sure adds up to be this way when you take a look at all we have heard. But her saying her friends were there is a little difficult to believe that he had several women there at one time but could be he told her he had them there. Them boarding up the home and actually placing a fence around it seems there is a lot going on.

LE will certainly check her cell data to see if she's been in contact with anyone the last month. They can tell if she had free roam of the house, where's she taken her meals, showered, slept. Sadly the little boy will be questioned as to what he saw. At this point LE have arrested him and charged him with kidnapping and rape so they must have probable cause.

I can tell you anytime LE have a reason to be on my block my neighbors all suddenly find a need to take in the fresh air on their front porch. Myself included. We are unapologetically nosey and look out for one another so yeah, I can imagine there was quite an audience on TH's street while all this was going down.

It's a valid concern. LE will certainly check her cell data to see if she's been in contact with anyone the last month. I agree they obvioulsy believe he kidnapped her, raped her etc so they found evidence to support their chargers, I certainly hope so. <modsnip> Like I said I can not see this not being a crime but how bad it is I am not sure.

Agree and it’s possibly a very sad sad tale in many ways ~ I keep thinking that poor child went to school in the morning and by home time the house is being boarded up, his dad is gone, there’s reporters everywhere and everyone’s in a frenzy

Yes it's sad for everyone who is involved with Timothy and his child, just reading everything said on social media scares me for people ending up in this kind of situation.

Yes same. The cops had one of our local drunks pulled over in front of my house earlier today. You bet my nose was pressed up against the window! I can’t help it…Nosy Nellie over here!

I gave it the old college try yesterday using a semi-reliable site I use. familytreenow.com. Oddly, I couldn't find him. While I wasn't sleuthing his ex-wife, mother, or father, I was looking them up just trying to find his name associated with any of them. Kinda like a backdoor way into his info since I couldn't find him directly. I've been able to find other hard to find people that way due to name changes and whatnot. But not him. To the best of my knowledge (IOW my guess) people show up on that site due to businesses, employment, banks, etc. having your address. It's like he's invisible which is puzzling to me. If I found his father, mother, and ex... then his name should be in either the Possible Relatives or the Possible Associates sections. Nada.

I say it's semi-reliable as I've seen my info have wrong dates for addresses where I've lived (same for others I know). I also saw a place I worked listed as a place I lived (I swear I didn't sleep there! lol) which makes me think that because I had received mail there, that maybe that's how that site used that address. What I also know is that since I asked to be removed from that site, I no longer show up under any relatives or associates pages, nor the page of who else lived at that address. I can't imagine that TH would (A) know about that site, or (B) ask to be removed from it which is why he's not showing up on it.

Yes, familytreenow.com is one of the websites you can request your info removed from. I believe you can from most all of them. Some make it easier than others. It's a never-ending uphill battle though. But what I was scratching my head over was the fact he'd do that (if he did it). If he didn't do it I found it hard to understand why he's invisible on that site and not even associated with his mother, father, or ex.

The fact that the probable cause statement indicates that there was a room in the basement that matches the description from the victim, this gives me reason to believe she was just a victim and not a willing participant.

Also, he has 3 active warrants for his arrest that he has failed to show up for. He is dangerous and I am seriously glad he is off the streets. I hope that if there are other victims out there that are alive, I hope they feel safe enough to come forward.

Well isn't that interesting... the neighbor across the street with a view of the back of his house and driveway said he never opened the garage door all the way up. He'd open it about a foot and crawl underneath. THAT isn't something a normal person would do. It's obviously something done by someone that wants to hide something. I say that from experience because if my garage is a bit messy (OK, so a lot messy. lol), I won't open the door up all the way either, like if I'm taking out the lawn mower or garbage can, but I DON'T crawl through a narrow opening, but I'll duck! lol
