Either the defense attorney is pretending that the "evidence" is nothing or it's really true, I would believe that he would HAVE to know by now any evidence the state has

I guess we will see what the State says they have in the way of direct or forensic evidence when they get up.

But, no, I don't think the defense attorney would lie to the Judge.

I am really surprised to hear the defense say there is no evidence. If that is true then there is a possibility that Sidney and Tammy are disgusting individuals but that doesn't make them automatically responsible for murder.

Tammy just spoke and was told "ma'am, be quiet." She said "I was told that," in response to her attorney saying she was told that if she said that SM did this crime, she would walk out of the jail immediately.
