SM was not even in that truck or at the home that night... or if he was at home, maybe TM never took Heather there at all.. the truck was headed towards the home but maybe she drove elsewhere after picking Heather up.... maybe he had nothing to do with it at all.....

So has the state now admitted they made a mistake on the DNA in the truck as well as a mistake about the 10k withdrawal from the Moorer's acct?
