OMG... can't believe this is happening, all this time with the gag order there was absolutely NOTHING to prove them guilty via physical evidence ???

Gag orders have nothing to do with the quality or quantity of evidence. And, even with defendants out on bond the Gag order can still be in effect.

Judge announces he's going to grant bond with restrictions.

- $100,000 for each person w/surety
- GPS monitoring for each person by Sheriff's office, can live anywhere in the state of SC
- Cannot go outside the state of SC without permission
- Judge is going to impose a 5 mi. zone/radius around Elvis home -- no one in this case (i.e. TM or SM) can trespass or approach anyone in the Elvis family.
- Either defendant can have bond revoked immediately if they instigate anything with Elvis family.

Judge just said what I was thinking... they need restrictions. Ooh... surety bond for each @100,000. No 10% to a bondsman. Wonder if Sindey's family can afford that.

TM's family will have to mortgage a whole lot.

Can't go within 5 miles from victim's home.
