Direct evidence according to legal definition:

- eye witness to the crime
- confession by the perps
- video of the crime being committed


Everything else by legal definition is "circumstantial evidence" believe it or not.

That includes:

- blood
- hair
- fibers
- footprints
- fingerprints

etc, etc, etc.

The state doesn't seem to have any of those things that would be considered forensic evidence.

Ughh I really thought they did have forensic evidence.

Yup, which is exactly why I think gag orders are BS

So how does bond actually work? We don't have it in England. Does the bond have to be paid before they're allowed out? Or does someone agree to pay the bond if they break the conditions?

I can't imagine WHY the gag order, WHY no more searching, WHY no bond in the first place with no direct evidence!!!!

I happen to believe one or both of these people are guilty as sin, but the law is the law and they deserve to be out on bond.

If they get bond, hopefully TM will still be held on the fraud charges. J Reuben records indicate that no bond for TM has been set, only for SM

stopped watching before the decision, he had his mind made up before they started pretty much. All comes down to what judge has the hearing. But I think Tammy will get herself in trouble before they get to trial. She has little control in containing herself.
