Hmmm did you hear the Judge when talking about the bond amount of the IE charges. He couldn't believe they put that much bond on misdemeanor charges.

Will GPS tracking enable LE to follow their every movement? You know, to maybe visits to the disposal site?

  • #323
Sounds like there are other bonds they have that also have to be met before they can be released.

There it is, out in the open finally. No direct evidence.

In my view, one of the biggest mistakes LE made was declaring that a murder took place at PTL. I'm not surprised at this outcome.

This is not what I expected/wanted today
I'm in shock/denial over the lack of evidence. I was so sure they had this huge bombshell hidden by the gag order. I can't believe this, I think I'm going to be sick!

I can't keep listening and reading. I have to step away. Sigh.

LE has a lot of explaining to do.

I think part of the release should have been that they have to participate in the community search for her, and by that I mean they have to walk the fields and woods in the area and cover every single acre of land looking for Heather.
Since they are claiming innocence... they would surely love to help find her and help bring whoever IS responsible for her death to justice ! ;)

Bet this judge doesn't know he's on video still!

The Elvis's did not seem overly distressed about the bond.

Soooo....

Who will live in the Caison/Moorer house? Just TM? TM and kids? SM too or will he be off to live in grandma's vacant house in another county?

Will they fight over custody of the kids?

Any restrictions on TM's drinking while she's out on bond?

  • #333
I'm so disappointed in the police. Why have they stopped looking for her?

Nope. I wonder if she will get liquored up tonight.

Sorry Tabinmaine, I know you're joking but still... no defendant ever has to be assumed guilty by the court system until they're tried and convicted. In fact, the Constitution guarantees them this very right.

After hearing (reading, thank you transcribers) all that. Where is the evidence that Heather is deceased? There has to be something, right?

Where should they look that they haven't yet? Or is it suggested they just go out there and run around randomly?

WHY hasn't the Elvis family contacted Texas Equusearch? It's FREE for them and only the family can engage this resource. Tim Miller's group is exceptionally respected and has had lots of success. As far as I know, Texas Eq. has never been contacted to help search for Heather. WHY?

Yes I was joking, and hey, maybe they should never have been charged in the first place, not having much confidence in LE right now to be honest....
