Sidney Moorer remained in jail Friday. His attorney, Kirk Truslow, said "Based upon the amount of the bond posted, it was subsequently determined that given the fact that the Caison property used to secure Tammy Moorer's bond would be of sufficient value to also be used to secure Sidney Moorer a bond. Therefore, we are currently doing the additionally required paperwork to post the mentioned property to secure Sidney Moorer's bond."

Seems to tell me he's not coming home to her, she wouldn't need to visit - she would just need to pick him up.

I dont believe he had any intention of staying away from her. I feel SMs lawyer is good one who covered all bases during the hearing.

So if he is now being helped by his family and going to Berkley county, why is the Caison property suddenly now being used to secure his bond? Is that what TM's visit today was about? Am I understanding that correctly?

I've been holding off on saying this because I don't want to sound like an "M sympathizer" but, as far as a their defense goes, they need to stick by each other's side. As repulsive as that sounds, I'm sure their attorneys told them something to that degree.

After this is all over, they can do whatever they want.

I think Heather at least deserves to have this case heard by a jury... I can't imagine that judge giving a verdict in favor of the state
