SAN FRANCISCO -- A condemned inmate who won a last-minute reprieve in February from being executed has filed another lawsuit claiming there must be public hearings before San Quentin State Prison could have changed its lethal injection protocol. :loser:

I hope that they don't keep letting him make the calls. They should just slap a piece of duct tape over his big mouth and stick the needle in :furious:
