I agree, meaning that the press should not be invited to film their depos and Morgan should not be bragging to the media about how he is planning to hit them with surprise questions. Morgan should have treated this exactly like he would any other deposition.

As long as the A's don't get any special treatment, this works for me.

Yes, mine too, I finally shut it off..Its more aggravating trying to watch that video than just waiting to hear the news report on what happened.

Morgan accusing BC of not being prepared. Claiming Cindy may have gotten some information - being dragged in. Cindy is spokesperson on issue of ZG? Don't know what that means. Judge being short with Morgan, IMO.

Mitnik: Key point in case - Casey said it was not this ZFG. Cindy told the media it was that ZFG.

My question, if that's the case why isn't Cindy the defendant?

Morgan saying Cindy made statements to ZFG in media - please bring her back safely, I forgive you. Cindy has injected herself into the case deeply. Has mustered the strength to get in front of cameras, she can muster the strength to sit in front of me and answer questions.

Mitnik has about 10 more points but doesn't need to go into them. Judge says he does - get them on the record.

ZFG had nothing to do with tragedy - her sin was being at Sawgrass. Mitnik is now trying the case, IMO, rather than addressing the motion.

Mitnik: We don't put everything on hold because people have hardships. George and Cindy injected themselves into this case.

Judge: My job is to make sure cases are disposed of quickly and fairly. Every time you called me in this particular case I've moved obstacles.

Mitnik: Regardless of speed we move at, the trial is not right over the hill.

IMO the deposition is WAY less embarassing then standing on your front lawn squirting protestors with hoses. I think they will be just fine.
