Um. I thought I had pretty much seen it all.

Even if the court tried to force this issue on their behalf, bottom line, she has to agree to it. Maybe that is what they are trying to force. Her purposefully and with intent denying them their opportunity to face her as she makes this decision.

Maybe they are forcing her to publicly acknowledge that she is throwing them under the bus.
