Motive of LISK

Has anyone thought about organ procurement, as a motive for LISK. I just find it weird that the Dr. called the mother of Shannan Gilbert, wondering if she had made it home. They lost her, and were looking for her. I can’t remember if she was above ground? Were the bodies in skeletal remains, or were they intact. Did they have all their organs? I would guess if they are skeletal you might not ever know if they were taken by humans or animals. Just a thought.

I don't think it's that... Rather, i think Occam's Razor should be applied - the LISK was calling the woman a because she was a sex worker.
