<<MANGRUM WAS LAST SEEN ON JUNE 9TH, 1999, IN KOSCIUSKO, MISSISSIPPI. HE LEFT HIS PARENTS’ HOME WITH TWO FEMALES TO GO TO SKATELAND ON COUNTY ROAD 3236 OFF OF INDUSTRIAL PARK ROAD IN ATTALA COUNTY. AT THE TIME, MANGRUM WAS WORKING ON A RIVERBOAT AND WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE THE FOLLOWING MORNING FOR HIS HITCH. ON THE EVENING HE LEFT WITH THE TWO FEMALES, HE CALLED HIS DAD AND TOLD HIM THAT HIS TRUCK HAD BROKEN DOWN ON CENTER ROAD. MANGRUM’S DAD TOLD HIM HOW TO TEMPORARILY FIX THE TRUCK SO THAT HE COULD MAKE IT TO WORK. HIS FAMILY DID NOT HEAR FROM HIM SO THEY ASSUMED THAT HE HAD MADE IT TO WORK WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. DAYS LATER, MANGRUM’S BOSS CALLED HIS FAMILY AND TOLD THEM THAT HE WAS A NO SHOW FOR HIS HITCH. MANGRUM’S FAMILY REPORTED HIM MISSING. HIS TRUCK WAS LATER FOUND ON CENTER ROAD. THE TRUCK WAS VERY CLEAN WHICH HIS DAD SAYS IS UNCHARACTERISTIC OF HIS SON. MANGRUM HAS NOT BEEN SEEN OR HEARD FROM SINCE. HIS CASE REMAINS UNSOLVED AT THIS TIME>>
