He was last seen Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at about 12:00 pm traveling south on Interstate 55 near Southaven, MS, in Desoto County.
Abdelhadi Bouara is believed to be in a 2007 silver Honda Accord bearing MS tag DAS5433.
Family members say Abdelhadi Bouara suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
