A body has been found in the same area police were canvassing for a 20 year old missing person.

His probable identity: Darius Brent. Not yet confirmed.

"Jackson police found the body in the 1500 block of Deer Park Street near Rhodes Lane. The body was found outside a home.

Stewart said the suspected probable identity of the body is 20-year-old Darius Brent.

Brent's mother reported him missing July 16. Jackson police say the mother had last talked to Brent around 1:15 a.m. July 9. He told her he was on his way home but never made it. "
