GUILTY MS - Everett Dutschke for mailing ricin letters, framing rival, Tupelo, 2013

Maybe not so odd since he's from Tupelo. A couple of other thoughts popped in my head. An Elvis impersonator might be creative with an active imagination and a flare for the drama. He also might wrestle with feelings of inadequacy, craves attention, and finds courage by acting out from behind a disguise. When I think about it like that, it fits.

Omg he tried to impersonate PRINCE? Can't be done. He should be arrested for that crime alone! :snooty:

POTUS did a surprisingly good excerpt of Al Green's "Let's Stay Together" a few months ago. Hoping he tackles "Raspberry Beret" next.

Only if Malia and Sasha aren't at that particular fundraiser.

Oops, forgot about the kids! There goes at least 80% of Prince's catalog, then! :D

wow. So this guy was FRAMED? He must have some weirdo enemies, for someone to send a deadly poison to the President, and sign his name to it. Who does that?

I wonder if the prime motivation was anger towards the politicians, and they just picked any ol' Elvis impersonator to blame it on,

OR was the target actually KC, and they tried to think up a horrible prank as revenge, and RICIN was it...

Charges dropped in ricin case; new home searched

Numerous law enforcement officers went to Tupelo, Miss., the home of J. Everett Dutschke, 41. Dutschke adamantly claims that he has nothing to do with the letters attributed to Curtis.

In a phone interview, Dustchke said he feels targeted by Curtis' defense, and that he didn't know why his name was brought into it.

Well, this already-bizarre case has taken another bizarre turn, hasn't it?! As Katy asked, who does that?! This guy must have really ticked someone off. :what:

(Another prince fan? Wasn't me! )

This guy seems like absolutely NOT the type to do something like this.
And no traces whatsoever in his home?
How did they get that so wrong?

This is so weird!

The deadly serious case of ricin-laced letters being sent to President Barack Obama, a U.S. Senator and a local judge has turned into a bizarre tale of a southern-fried fued between two Mississippi men who are both reportedly MENSA members, taekwondo experts and musicians. Each man says the other is crazy.

Kevin Curtis, the Elvis impersonator charged with sending the poison letters last week, says he may have been framed by J. Everett Dutschke, an accused child molester, martial arts instructor and political candidate with whom he has been rivals for several years.
