MBI said Ramirez may be accompanied by Marion Kelly, who is described as a female.

Family members say Ramirez suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.

If he is with Marion Kelly, let's hope she will be a good and understanding person to be with him. A nine-year-old is too young to be out by himself, especially if he has an impairment to his judgement. If he needs meds to help his impairment, he needs to be at home. A prayer for him.
