Ridiculous. You know, I always had the idea that a jury does not come out of deliberations until they have a verdict. If it takes days, or weeks, so be it. Obviously I am wrong, because this isn’t the case, which I find to be extremely disappointing. To me, it feels like the justice system has failed Jessica TWICE now.

and I read that there wasn't enough evidence for the other woman in Louisiana. This is just awful. So he walked away with just 10 yrs from Louisiana. This is just heartbreaking!!!

I'm sorry there will be no justice for Jessica but I'm not at all surprised there's another hung jury. That will very likely be the case if they try him a third time, unfortunately. Let Louisiana try their case.
