If they held this case in Nashville then QT would have been sentenced GUILTY last night. Big Mike is QT’s peer and Big Mike goes to Nashville for Titans games. Sounds like peers to me.

This is my opinion based on living in Nashville for 28 years.

I totally agree. Maybe if they moved it to a completely different state, but then it wouldn't be a jury of his peers.

It ended up being a photo of the courthouse. She showed it to the judge and was released. I just assumed the judge (whom I like very much) saw the actual picture.

I see we're still on Verdict Watch. I'd be lying if I said I'm surprised. *I slept in for a reason* I'm not feeling overly confident on hearing "Guilty" today, tomorrow or ever in regards to this trial. We'll see!!

Reading back over the thread last night, I came across a post where someone asked, (sorry the name escapes me, the name is long and unusual and I can't spell it LOL but starts with O) who's the other guy (am guessing there were two) next to the car in the surveillance video, something like that. I don't think anyone answer the question probably due to not knowing, maybe it's important, maybe not! Maybe what the Juror's are wanting to know, maybe not. I'm curious though!
