About - Rachel, Cameron and Kyle Anderson along with their mother Lesley Allen Anderson disappeared over 20 years ago from Fulton, Mississippi. They were last seen December 1999 at a property on 757 Scenic Hill Dr.

Hello. I wanted to give viewers a little history on this case as we have thus far. I was adopted along with my brother Greg and Stephanie by my step-dad, Jeff. My mom married Jeff Anderson and had 3 children with him. We all lived in Racine, WI from 1985 until I moved to Indiana in 1997. My mom Lesley moved from WI to Mississippi in 97 or 98 with all of my brothers and sisters. Greg, Stephanie, Rachel, Cameron and Kyle and lived with a roommate in Fulton, MS. Greg and Stephanie are mentally challenged and are on disability. Rachel, Cameron and Kyle were all in school in Fulton and were doing very well. Something happened around the year 1999 into 2000 and my mom, Rachel, Cameron and Kyle went missing They were last seen in April of 2000. Greg and Stephanie are still living at the last known address to this day. There have been several attempts to contact them to make sure they are ok. There have been no return phone calls after leaving detailed messages on machine. I have no idea if they are ok or how they are even doing. The roommate that has them tells them I am an alcoholic and drug user and that I need help to get clean. I was also told never to contact them. What he does not realize is that I am a hard worker, always have been since I was able to work. I do not do drugs, and I may drink 1-2 times a year. I feel he has made Greg and Stephanie afraid of everyone, including family, by lies and deception. There have been several checks on them via child services. The only thing I get is that they are ok. Not 1 investigation has taken place even though a missing persons report was to be filed by the Fulton County Sheriffs department in 2000-2001. Recently we had found out that the missing persons was never even filed by local law enforcement. This is the reason it has never been heard about in the Fulton area. We will not stop until we get answers of my families whereabouts, and to get Greg and Stephanie somewhere safer than where they are at. There is red tape I must go through to achieve this, but I am up to the challenge. Also if anyone knows anything please let us know. Also please keep sharing! As soon as updates come in we will add them to site. Thank you everyone for your support.

Hi, I’m Sherman and I am not any kind of investigator though I do browse cases in spare time and I can sometimes sus out ideas from pattern recognition in cases that can help, even if only indirectly.

A few things stood out to me in this case:

Mom and kids were last known to be in MS, and they were said to be living with some roommate, the three missing kids + two disabled ( siblings or half siblings).

I read that phone contact gradually faded between late 1999 and spring of 2000 but continued at a decreasing rate? To me this is suspicious because it could indicate either the family was being manipulated or controlled OR it could indicate the mom was beginning to be secretive and was wanting to distance from other relatives like Jeff, but with what I’ve read I cannot determine which might be true.

Then after April 2000 you have no further contact. Someone visits the residence the mom and kids were known to last be living, and the roommate gives a story about them “leaving with a truck driver in the night” this doesn’t prove involvement by the roommate, but it is still suspicious.

You mention that all these years the two disabled siblings live where they did back then, but you cannot reach them? Have you tried visiting in person (if you’re able; I know finances don’t always lend to long distance travel in the 2020s)?

Lastly you note no help from investigators. I do not know anything about the authorities in MI or the county that Miss Allen and her kids lived at, but I do know anecdotally that MS is a state that is said to sometimes be “primitive” in government compared to more cosmopolitan states, and it’s possible that local authorities have low resources there.

Someone noted that there’s been no activity on the mother or the kids identities that can be found thus far, which to me, after 25 years, can only mean one of two things: they left the country and/or paper tripped and managed to completely overhaul their identities (less likely) or they were murdered (more likely).

My question is where the FBI is involved in all of this because I would think a multi member family disappearance involving kids would invoke their attention strongly.

I wish you all the best
Sherman

I live in Mississippi. You're pretty wrong in your statement here. Mississippi (proper abbreviation MS) is not primitive in government and this whole paragraph is just kind of "ICK" to me. I do sense that you mean no harm here, but as a current resident I feel that you are misinformed and have mischaracterized my home state. I do not live in the area of this case, but I know people who do. Sadly, they had never heard of this which is shocking to me. That said, I do believe that back when this originally occurred, the roommate held some kind of power over some local official. It is the only thing that makes sense to me. This case is one that I would dearly love to see justice served in, no matter how long it takes.

The family’s Facebook posts about statements regarding bomb shelters and moving large mounds of dirt all day and night certainly warrant further investigation.

I guess my question is has Lesley’s family spoken out about anything? Did I miss that? Any siblings? Or her parents?

I find the lack of response from law-enforcement confusing. I hope something is being done behind the scenes. This family certainly deserves justice if multiple members of one family have been murdered.

I wonder if Law enforcement has questioned the two surviving siblings that were made in his care? There’s so much that doesn’t make sense given what little we know at the moment.

This case makes me want to bang my head against a wall. I know a person or two who live in this corner of the state and they had never heard of this case until I posted it! I had thought maybe I had missed it for all these years due to moving away for a decade. I don't think this has actually been looked into AT ALL except by the family. If I am not mistake, the previous sheriff up there had been a relative of the sheriff who was on deck when this happened. I was hopeful when a new sheriff was elected that this case would receive the attention it deserves but I have not seen that happening. I am not in that local area of the state, so I don't have any info other than what I get on the family's Facebook page.

I cannot remember anything about Lesley's family. There have been a couple of podcasts and there is the Facebook page, so unless those answers can be found there, I don't know. Whoever runs that Facebook page is good about responding to questions, though.

Lack of response by LE is just making my head explode if I allow myself to think about it too much. The fact alone that they now have witness accounts that the children did not all disappear from school at the same time, nor in the timeframe the "man" suggested is enough to get the ball rolling again. Add to it that he changed his story of why and how she left more than once.

I believe down deep in my soul that this man had something on on someone back then that bought him some kind of "hands-off" status. He certainly is not connected by money or power, or even family that I could dig up. He has at the very least sat there and collected their benefit checks all these years. These are living, breathing, kidnapping victims as far as I am concerned and they just let them sit there with their kidnapper. 😡
