Thanks everyone.

I sadly thought it would go this way from the very beginning. A lot didn't add up for me. But, I will say that I will wait to see what happens before saying anything because we can't and I still think this can go in several directions, in regards to what happened. Hope that makes sense.

I've had a hinky feeling all along, too, hockeymom4. And, all of this heavy digging is not making that feeling go away!! :-O

You'd think if there was a freshly dug area, it wouldn't take such equipment to unearth such a small.... I can't even say it.

Ross Adams, from WJTV, had tweeted earlier in the week that no family was at the house the whole day when they were there searching the ponds. I wonder if that is still the case or if that was that day. Anyone know? Can LE ask them or make them leave the property?

I'm keeping in mind that even if they find something, it doesn't mean that her parents or someone who loves her was the perp. We just learned how dangerous neighbors can be in the case of Holly Bobo. :(

so.... other than her parents, who, outside immediate family, was last to see this wee cherub?

What about local stores? I know there is a Walmart Supercenter, two actually, both an hour away. Not being from the area I have tried to search for grocery stores that are local to me with no luck. Where do those in this area shop for groceries?

True. I was always curious about neighbors, because it is hard to imagine a random passerby nabbing her. It seems like a very rural, offbeat path. If it was an abduction,i t would kind of have to be an opportunist to happened upon her as they were returning home in the neighborhood, imo.

Why would the MHP be leaving with blue lights on?

Many of them drive that hour to go to Wal-Mart or Kroger. You keep a cooler in your car for cold stuff. There are also smaller independent grocers but they don't usually have the large selection and are sometimes higher priced. I'm not sure what they have over in that northwest corner of Madison Co. It's about an hour from me. The greater Madison area and the area that I live in have very nice shopping areas that range from nice to upscale but these are in the more populated, incorporated areas that are more suburban. I'm not sure I answered your question. :blushing:

Maybe they called to a break in or something. I don't know how big of an area this PD serves, but knowing that we have some who work football games, and they will run to their cars and go to crime scene and come back!

You did answer my question, thank you. I was just curious if there was something a bit closer than what the two Walmarts are. Honestly, I'm just wondering about the timeline. I am pretty rural myself and I certainly can, and have, been grocery shopping where it has taken me 3 hours. That's driving 40 minutes each way, organizing my coupons to match my list and the sales ad, and sometimes doing more than one checkout with my coupons (not an extreme couponer but I do love my bargains!). It can take me over an hour, hour and a half inside the store alone. So I'm not doubting the mom's shopping timeline. Or maybe I am. I dunno... I guess I am just trying to figure out if she might have had time to... um... maybe do anything else that day during the time frame when she was out grocery shopping.

Hard to know who it was because they've had other agencies helping. Madison Co. Sheriff, MHP, plus I know that Ridgeland PD was out there today. They've had so many other agencies out there all week it's hard to keep track.

My goodness have I been sitting on my hands waiting for an account! Thank you.

I have been reading this thread since the beginning and websleuths on and off for years. You guys do a great job of keeping up to date!

It is not my intention to overstep any boundaries, and being new to a community one has to kind of learn the unwritten community guidelines, so please help me to do that. There is so much in my head right now about this case.

To address the above, the photo that is being used as her wanted photo, was I believe, made in a cart in Walmart and then cropped. Her mother changed her background on facebook to the uncropped photo after she was reported missing. I do not know what Walmart that was, nor when the photo was made. It must have been her most recent photo, however, if it was chosen for the missing poster. (One would think.)

I have some new questions to bring to this case, but am unsure as to how to approach them as they do not directly relate to anything that has been posted thus far. Like I said, I don't want to step out of community boundaries on my first post.

Does anyone have photo analysis software to date a photo in .jpg format?
