She visually reminds me of Edith Bernice Lehnerz (MP342). She went missing November 20, 1995 in Colorado Springs, CO. She fits the stats of this doe well. Not much is known in her case, but she had given recently given birth and had a heart condition requiring medication. It seems she had...

Did Nellie wear a wig? Had she had a mastectomy? Was she driving her own car to Arizona? Was she traveling alone? Was she visiting someone? Did she ever make it there?

If she is the Nellie Doe, I wonder what happened to the vehicle that she was traveling in? How did she come to be in the wooded area?

Totally agree. Sometimes there's a delay between when the MP and UID are removed, especially when they are from different states.
I would be super shocked if this was not a match.

And now that page has been removed. Hopefully in the coming days, we'll know whether Nellie Gillespie and Parker County Jane Doe are the same person.

I just visited Nellie Gillespie, because I remembered seeing this mentioned elsewhere. When Parker County was identified on Doe Network, they didn't release the name. I'd followed this mysterious case for years!

Even the clothes Jane Doe was wearing are similar to the type of clothes Nellie wore. I'm fairly certain it's Nellie Gillespie, as her profile is removed from NamUs.
It mentioned her calling her son, I suppose he is still alive and she possibly had other kids.
