I did not see these on WS. They are listed on Doenetwork, but not in NAMUS.

Three females who were victims of Hurricane Camille when the hurricane slammed into the Mississippi Gulf Coast in mid-August 1969. 256 people were killed. These three women remain unidentified. Their remains were recovered from an apartment complex in Pass Christian on August 20, 1969. Investigators believe the women may have been friends or were related in some way. They are known as "Faith" "Hope" and "Charity".

All three women are buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Gulfport, MS. A memorial service is held for them each year on the date Hurricane Camille made landfall. Camille is ranked as a Category 5 hurricane (the most destructive)

I added a few sentences to Wikipedia in the Hurricane Camille article about "Faith, Hope, and Charity." Figured it couldn't hurt and someone may remember hearing about their relative or relative's friend who was in Camille and hasn't been heard from since.

The link you posted contains another link to 41 people still listed as missing from Pass Christian. Thank you. :)
It doesn't sound like DNA was ever taken from the three women's remains. :(

Only LE or coroner/medical examiner personnel can enter UIDs in NAMUS. Does anyone have contacts that might be willing to do so? I am neither. Anyone can enter MPs in NAMUS as long as they have info about the MP (height, hair, eye color, scars, tattoos, etc.)

@othram will Carla Davis still be continuing her efforts to identify all the MS UIDs while working with your team?

I looked, and Zoe Matthews, being in her 60s at the time of Hurricane Camille, matches the description of "Faith" well. Here are the few stats I could find for both women.
Zoe Belle Matthews"Faith" 1255UFMS
SexFemaleFemale
RaceWhite (Source)White
Age64 (Source)60 - 65
DLC/DODc. August 17, 1969 (Source)August 17 - 18, 1969

As for the other two women, I don't know. Mary Louise Smith seems to have been only a child at the time of her death, far too young to be either "Hope" or "Charity" (By the way, the Mary M. Smith in this obituary is likely not the missing Mary M. Smith).

As for Mary M. Smith, I found absolutely nothing on her. The only Mary M. Smith I could find is the mother of Mary Louise Smith, thought the website lists her as deceased, not missing, and not the same person as the missing Mary M. Smith.
